The Best Christmas Present Ever

My mom and dad gave us a trip to the Oregon Coast for Christmas this year. It was the best Christmas present ever! We love going to the beach in December. It might seem like a cold time to go, but 50 degrees always feels nice in December when you come from temperatures in the teens. We love walking the beach, finding sand dollars, going swimming in the outdoor VERY warm pool, walking the beach some more, watching Christmas movies, and playing together! These are some of our best memories.
This year, my brother's family went at the same time as we did---it was fun being together and playing together with cousins (I know, we make up MOST of the cousin part---but it is great!). We had a really great week, and are excited to kick off the Christmas season.

We collected over 300 sand dollars, of course we left most of them for others to find again

and a trip to the Tillamook factory for cheese and ice cream

on the way to and from the beach,
we have to hike to the bridge at Multnomah Falls!
