She is 1 year old already!

Our little sweetheart is 1 year old today..........already!  We are so thankful for her in our family.  She brings us smiles every day!

Saturday is Family Fun Day

My mother-in-law and I are two of the most daring people you have ever met.  You should have seen us today, riding this THING---not sure what you call it!  We are all about speed and drop off cliffs, and climbing up things.......

Keep in mind that pictures don't show depth of irrigation ponds as well as your eyes do in real life, this DID seem like at steep climb at the time!  And I promise we were going really FAST.

OK, maybe not as FAST as Ryan was when he climbed it!  

With everyone on dirt bikes and motor vehicles, Mark didn't want to miss the action.  Here he is smiling before his descent down a really steep hill at Grandma's.  He wrecked at the bottom and got up SMILING!  This child doesn't have any fear yet.....

Eliza's favorite part of the day was making sugar cookies with Grandma.  She was loving every minute of it--adding ingredients, rolling, cutting shapes out, frosting, eating!

There isn't anything more fun than a long Saturday playing together!

Beta Craft Retreat

I went to the Beta Craft Retreat all day long today.  It was amazing!  I am hoping to go for the weekend next year.  What fun ladies, delicious food, and amazing projects I saw accomplished.  I taught a machine quilting class, and got to stay the rest of the day and quilt--35 ladies with lots and lots and lots of projects!  Thanks ladies for the invite!  I will come again!

I did get my big Maisy Daisy quilt stretched and started quilting it, stretched and quilted a Christmas tree skirt that I pieced a few YEARS ago, stretched my map quilt, and got to VISIT with so many fun friends.  It was a great time.
