Warm October day!

This pregnant mommy needed some quiet time on the wheel.  I spent four hours throwing the clay, and then my little helpers wanted to get their hands in it too.  

It was a beautifully warm Saturday in October, a few more weeks until baby!

October

It's October, and we've still been having warm swimming days.  The flowers are still flowing over their pots.  Our motivation to water them is waning though!  We have had a wonderful summer, and the start of a great fall.  We love a Saturday like this, warm and nice.

Ok, so I just wanted to remember how nice the pool pots looked this year.

Pumpkin Picking

We went to a friend's pumpkin patch to choose our favorites this year.  There isn't much that is more festive for fall than picking pumpkins in a real pumpkin patch!

Popsicle Dinner

We totally ate two bags of popsicles tonight!

Another day at school...

Whenever I take pictures at school, it is because I just want to freeze that moment in time, and remember it.  The days are so hard sometimes and I wonder why I have chosen this path of education.  But I wouldn't trade it for the world.  I love this time.  Someday this little school room will be empty of little ones cutting and pasting, painting and writing, laughing and working.  I love being home with my children, and I love helping them along in their education.  I want to remember the sweet joy it brought me every day.
