There is just nothing like a long day of working outside. I love the sun. I love the air. I actually love working.... as my husband can attest too. He says I always have 10 projects in mind for us to do. Actually, this 70 degree Saturday spring day has been a long time coming. The kids love being outside all day long while we work.
It is community clean-up week for Earth Month here, so there was free dumping at the city dump. We like FREE, so we worked from sun up till sun down today---chopping down trees, hauling out old yard debris, and any other junk we could find.
We even got the sprinkler system going. Do you like how freely I use the term "we." I think by that point, I was holding Miriam and Ryan was doing all of the work.
Amazing, how 70 degrees can feel like summer when it has been 50 degrees for so many days this spring. The boys sure thought so as the sprinklers were turned on!
